Grinder DED7743 is a product designed for sanding plasterboard walls and ceilings covered with gypsum plasterboard. The design of the grinder uses a dust collection system. Connecting the grinder to an industrial-type vacuum cleaner significantly reduces the spread of spoil during operation. Vacuum cleaner is not an accessory for the machine. The sander is equipped with an extension arm, allowing the operator to carry out sanding work on wall and ceiling surfaces at a range of up to 3.0 - 3.5 m . Movable ( pivoting) machine head allows the boom to operate on any wall, ceiling or even floor surface.
DED7743 cantilever grinder requires only the attachment of the appropriate grit of the abrasive disc with Velcro and connection of the machine to a workshop vacuum cleaner. In the rear of the machine boom is a connection spigot designed to connect the suction line of an industrial vacuum cleaner. Thanks to the removable part of the blade guard, it is possible to machine the corners of the room. Using the right grit of sandpaper allows you to remove paint or adhesives from plaster and metal surfaces. The surfaces to be sanded must be dry.
