"Ripper" is often associated with a heavy agricultural machine requiring cooperation with a tractor with a relatively high power transmitted through a power take-off to a multi-tool designed to actively loosen and break up the soil, especially in areas of wasteland or in the case of a change of cultivation occurring in the area over a long period of time, such as meadows.
It is easy to imagine that smaller cultivation areas or home gardens are not available for this type of equipment. So what choice does a landowner or land manager have who wants to develop the land after construction is completed, rehabilitate an old lawn or cultivate the soil for ornamental plants or vegetables on an ongoing basis? VICTUS EMAK offers a wide range of such equipment, from simple electric machines to diesel-powered soilers. For more demanding users, also accessories designed to work with some models of the offered devices.
The general principle of garden soilers is very similar. Mounted on the body of the device combustion four-stroke engine with horizontal shaft drives via belt transmission the mechanical chain gear from where the drive is transferred to the working tools in the form of steel profiled knives. Working width from 46 cm even up to 85 cm on the MH 198 model can be adjusted by removing and changing the position of the individual segments of the working blades. Removal of these segments does not require tools, as they are attached to the drive shaft with pins equipped with spring pins.
Diesel machines are equipped with ergonomic handles adjustable in several planes. Thus, their position can be adjusted to the height of the operator. It is worth noting the possibility to adjust the handle in such a way that the operator was moving on hard ground and not on freshly tilled soil in the machine driving axes. Such possibility (horizontal adjustment) is offered by MH models 175/198 and a brand new model in the range - RC 350. The specifics of working with a soil tiller on enclosed areas often require additional capabilities of the machine to make it easier to maneuver during the work being performed.
The combustion soilers (with the exception of the MH 155) are equipped with a system of enabling reverse travel which definitely improves the control of these relatively heavy machines.
A wide range of specialized accessories designed to work with mH 175 and MH 198 models makes it possible to turn soilers into tool carrier. This allows you to conveniently perform other agro-technical work such as plowing (traditional plow body with a harrow), sowing root crops (adjustable or double-row sowing machine) or plowing potatoes (potato digger).

There are two engine models to choose from - the gasoline EMAK K900 HR and diesel engine EMAK K7000 HDR. In addition to the standard equipment known from amateur machines, the NIBI 118 soil tiller is distinguished by its method of transmission. The crankshaft of the engine, in this model, drives the direct mechanical gearbox operating in an oil bath. This type of transmission ensures the rigidity of the structure in all conditions work and guarantees the transfer of torque from the motor to the blades working without slippage, which is especially important for the model powered by diesel engine.

Like most of the equipment offered by VICTUS EMAK, the soilers are characterized by a minimum number of necessary maintenance operations to ensure the required fitness for use is maintained. Easy access to belt transmissions or maintenance-free chain transmissions on amateur models are perfect examples of this. However, due to the nature of the work - a fairly dusty environment - the every care should be taken to in due course, change the oil in wet air filters, which are characteristic equipment of the engines that drive the soilers, and in the models equipped with a paper filter cartridge regularly check its condition and replace with a new one in advance if necessary.
