MAAD ZW-2000/0.6 winding machine with electric drive - a product of "MAAD" company - is a machine used for coiling, winding of cylindrical tubes, low convergence conical tubes, gutters and all kinds of metal sheets up to a thickness of 0.60 mm and tensile strength Rm to 400 MPa.

Machine ideally suited for roofing flashings such as roof gutters and downpipes. Thanks to the use of proven and durable technical solutions, the machine can be used for many years without breakdowns.

The main working elements of the coiler are 3 shafts. Two of them located in the front part of the machine (upper and lower) perform the function of pulling in the rolled sheet metal. The third, at the back of the device, the so-called loose thanks to the adjustment of the position gives the appropriate diameter of the sheet to be processed. The loose shaft is supported by two roller carriages mounted on a carriage frame that moves with the shaft during its adjustment. Such a design solution prevents the shaft from deforming during sheet rolling.

Thanks to an additional milling in the upper shaft, it is possible to make drain pipe locks on the coiler. Detachable top shaft on one side for quick removal of the workpiece. The use of an additional chain transmission in the reel that drives the slack shaft improves the performance during reeling.

The use of an inverter in the electrical system allows for stepless adjustment of the speed of the working shafts from the inverter's faceplate or with a potentiometer located at the machine's control pedals (which engage the left and right speeds). Three-phase power is not needed to drive the coiler - the power supply is single-phase voltage 230 V.

The machine is equipped with a safety switch and has a declaration of conformity with European Union standards.
