Thanks to the ability to adjust the settings accordingly, the trimmer can also be used effectively for precision trimming of lawn edges.

The telescopic, adjustable handle that the trimmer is equipped with allows the user to adjust its length to individual preference. In addition, the telescopic rod's twist angle adjustment provides easy maneuverability, which is especially useful when mowing in hard-to-reach areas. Also worth noting is the metal edge stop on the trimmer, which not only provides a barrier to an even cut, but also allows the user to define the exact boundaries of the mowing area.

The grass trimmer is designed to work with plastic blades, eliminating problems associated with rusting or dulling blades. Replacement of worn blades is quick and hassle-free, requiring no additional tools, which translates into time savings and increased user comfort.

DEDRA SAS+ALL DED6990 trimmer also offers the ability to work with a line. Available for sale separately is the DED69903 line head, which can be mounted to the trimmer, expanding its range of applications.
