The DED7526 has been specially designed for repairing and reinforcing various types of plastics, subjected to the welding process, such as PE, PP, PA, PB, PVC.

The scope of his activities includes fast and effective joining of automotive components such as bumpers or dashboards, but also other damaged items both at home and in the workshop. Once the staple is heated to the right temperature, it easily sinks into the plastic to form a permanent bond - the more staples you sink into the component to be joined, the stronger the bond you get.

A definite advantage of this type of joining of plastic parts is its speed - there is no need to select special electrodes or adhesives. All you have to do is pick up a staple and start the repair process, making this tool extremely intuitive and easy to use.

Staples of various shapes and thicknesses are available in the set together with the welding machine, which allows to join a variety of surfaces, such as external or internal corners, as well as flat surfaces.
