Take care of your lawn with a scarifier with aerator function. What the scarifier is used for?

The use of aerator and scarifier allows to improve aeration, hydration and nutrition of the lawn. The aerator, through numerous pins rotating on the shaft, punctures the soil by creating air channels to ensure proper oxygenation of the soil. In addition, through the created channels, water with nutrients such as fertilizer penetrates more quickly deep into the soil, which is very important for old, heavily grown lawns with strong roots. This allows easier access to water and nutrients which results in nice, even grass growth without bald patches, especially visible after winter.

Aeration can be carried out with hand tools such as pitchforks or special spiked shoe covers, but who has the time and strength to do it effectively and over the entire plot of land. That's why it's a good idea to use smart solutions for lawn aeration, plus the scarifier function allows you to take comprehensive care of the lawn in your garden. The scarifier has several, specially curved blades placed on a shaft. During operation, the blades whirl and bite into the soil, loosening it and dissecting compacted lawn surfaces and so-called "felt", i.e. residue left after mowing the lawn. Longitudinal cuts in the soil allow the lawn to be better hydrated and nourished, and the removal of the felt and moss layer from the lawn facilitates its even growth. In addition, the scarifier, by cutting the soil, aerates the soil.

DEDRA SAS+ALL scarifier/aerator DED7196V is a device designed for small and medium-sized gardens. Equipped with two axles with wheels allows efficient work and easy maneuvering. It is powered by rechargeable batteries via 2 18V Li-Ion technology which ensures very good performance and no memory effect. The efficient brushless motor allows for efficient operation while being much quieter than combustion equipment. The working width is 38cm, which ensures fast and efficient work, and the five-step depth adjustment allows you to adjust the working mode to our lawn. The foamed handle significantly increases the comfort of use, and the folding handlebar allows you to quickly and easily prepare the device for transport and storage.
