Withdrawal from the contract
Dear customer, if you found yourself on this page, it means that most likely something went wrong in the processing of your order and you are not satisfied with your purchase. However, there is no reason to be nervous! Our company respects your rights. Below we have included information that will allow you to quickly and conveniently make a complaint or return the goods in withdrawal.
§1 INFORMATION ON EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In our store you have 14 days to return purchased products. No questions asked on our part.
The period for cancellation expires after 14 days from the day on which you have taken possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us (Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe EWIMAX Stasiński Mariusz Jana Kasprowicza 24, 64-330 Opalenica) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by mail, fax or e-mail).
We do not accept packages with returns that have been sent to us cash on delivery.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send information on the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. In case of withdrawal from this contract, we will return all your payments, including the costs of delivery of the items, immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal from this contract. We will also reimburse transportation costs, with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by you other than the cheapest appropriate delivery method for the type of item offered by our company. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless you specifically request otherwise or we ask you to provide an account number for the refund. - in any case, you will not incur any fees in connection with this return.
We may withhold reimbursement until you receive the item or until you provide us with proof of return, whichever event occurs first.
Send back or hand over the item to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the item back before the expiration of the 14-day period.
You must pay the direct cost of returning the item, do not send the package COD (we will not accept such shipments).
You are only liable for the diminution in value of the item resulting from your use of it other than what was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
§2 INFORMATION ON THE DECLARATION OF EXERCISE OF WARRANTY BY THE CONSUMER (COMPLAINTS)
In accordance with applicable regulations, we are liable to you under the terms of the Civil Code for physical and legal defects.
You have the right after discovering the defect:
a. make a statement to request a price reduction;
b. make a declaration of withdrawal from the contract, but not when the defect is insignificant;
c. demand that the item be replaced with a defect-free one;
d. demand removal of the defect.
We will respond to your statement or request within 14 days.

Deliver the item (after prior telephone contact) to the address (Przedsiębiorstwo Handlowe EWIMAX Stasiński Mariusz Jana Kasprowicza 24, 64-330 Opalenica).
The cost of replacement or repair shall be borne by us, except if the defective item has been installed. Then you bear some of the associated costs over and above the price of the item. You can alternatively demand that we pay a portion of the cost of disassembly and reassembly, but up to the price of the item sold.
We are liable under the warranty if a physical defect is discovered before the expiration of two years from the date of delivery of the item, and if the object of sale was a used item one year from the date of its delivery. Your entitlement is limited in time to one year from the date of discovery of the defect, but does not expire earlier than the expiration of two years from the release of the item, and if the object of sale was a used item before the expiration of one year from the release of the item. The exception is when the shelf life of the item, as specified by us or the manufacturer, expires after two years from the time the item was issued. We shall then be liable under the warranty for physical defects of that thing found before the expiry of that period.
Liability for legal defects is essentially the same, and the time for filing runs from the moment of learning of the defect, and the limitation periods run from the final judgment on the defective item.
The issue of warranty is extremely complex, and we encourage you to read the Civil Code and the pages of the OCCC and consumer organizations describing in detail and illustrative terms your rights. Our store operates in accordance with the law and respects the rights of consumers, so the legal information you will find there will also apply to contracts with us.
