1. Mail order
In accordance with Art. 37 Law of September 11, 2015. on waste electrical equipment
and electronic:
(a) The distributor is obliged to take back used equipment from households at the point of sale free of charge, provided that the used equipment is of the same type and performed the same functions as the equipment sold.
(b) A distributor, when supplying equipment intended for households to a purchaser, shall be obliged to take back used household equipment free of charge at the place of delivery of such equipment, provided that the used equipment is of the same type
and performed the same functions as the equipment supplied.
(c) Distributor operating a retail unit with sales area
within the meaning of Article. 2 item 19 of the Act of March 27, 2003. on planning and zoning amounting to at least 400m2 dedicated to the sale of equipment intended for households, shall be obliged to accept free of charge
in this unit or in its immediate vicinity used equipment from
from households, none of the external dimensions of which exceed 25cm, without having to purchase new equipment designed for households.

in the municipality or district closest to your place of residence.

SELECTIVE MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTION POINT (PSZOK)

We would like to remind you about the possibility for residents to donate problematic waste free of charge to the PSZOK.

To PSZOK only waste from residential and non-residential properties (allotments, summer houses) such as:

selectively collected waste (paper, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging),
green waste(grass, leaves, small branches),
expired drugs,
chemicals (detergents, solvents, paints, inks, adhesives, pesticides),
used batteries, accumulators,
waste electronic and electrical equipment,
furniture and other bulky waste,
construction and demolition waste from minor renovation works that do not require a building permit , or notification of the intention to carry out works to the head of state (uncontaminated concrete waste and concrete and brick rubble) [100 kg per year per capita],
zused tires (only from bicycles, carts, mopeds and motorcycles, and vehicles up to 3.5 t gross vehicle weight that are not used for business purposes) [4 units. per year per capita].

Other waste not listed can be given away against payment to the Regional Installation for Municipal Waste Processing in Piotrów Pierwszy (Czempiń municipality) or contact the waste collection company providing waste collection services.

Acceptance of waste is carried out by an authorized employee PSZOK after obtaining from the transferor information about the address of the property on which they were generated and presentation of a document confirming payment of municipal waste management fees to the Association for the current billing period.

PSZOK is located in Troszczyn - the area of the treatment plant. It is open on the following days of the week:

monday from 3 p.m. to 19.00,
wednesday from 9.00 a.m. to 13.00,
friday from 3 p.m. to 19.00,
saturday from 10 a.m. to 18.00.

Alternatively, employees will provide you with information about the nearest collection point
in the municipality or district closest to your place of residence. The aforementioned provision consistent
with Article 37.1 of the Electronic Equipment Waste Act.
